How To Make Pudina Ki Chatney
1 1/2 cup Mint leaves(Pudina)
1,2 Green chillies
1 cup Fresh curds (dahi)
1 tbsp Pomegranate seed (Anar dana)
1ts Cumin
1,2 Garlic cloves
30 g Nuts
Salt to taste
Preparaption
Wash mint leaves frain the water like dry then cut it.
First grind Pomegranate seed,gteen chillies,garlic,cumin,nuts,salt and mint leaves,very well.
Then add curds and vlend again.
Delicious Pudina Chutney is ready.
serve with any food,rice,shola,charts,salad,french fries,samosas,kabab and sandwich etc.
